Program terms

The Fähloo Circle is how we thank you for sharing Fähloo. Here are the rules in plain language. Last updated October 10, 2026.

1. 1Who can join

   Anyone 18 or older with a US mailing address and a valid email. One account per person. Fähloo employees and their households can’t earn rewards. Joining is free and doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails.

2. 2Your friend’s gift

   Friends who scan your QR code, open your link, or enter your 4-character code at checkout get $5 off their first Fähloo order. One use per customer, first orders only. It can’t be combined with other discount codes.

3. 3What you earn

   • Your first qualifying friend order earns a free Shower Valet.
   • Every 5 qualifying friend orders earn a free Fähloo in the color you choose, shipped free.

4. 4What qualifies

   A paid first order by a new customer that includes a Fähloo and uses your code or link. Each customer counts once. Orders placed by you, your household, your other accounts or anyone at your address don’t count.

5. 5When rewards are approved

   40 days after the friend’s order (our 30-day return window plus shipping time). If the order is cancelled, refunded or returned before then, it no longer counts. Once a reward is approved, it’s yours.

6. 6Shipping

   Rewards ship free to a US address. Your free Valet comes as a one-use code that makes a Shower Valet $0 on your next order. For a free Fähloo, we’ll confirm your color and address, then ship it free with tracking, to you or to a friend as a gift.

7. 7How long rewards last

   A Valet code lasts 90 days. If it runs out, write to us and we’ll pack the Valet with your next free Fähloo or ship it free. Claim a free Fähloo any time within 12 months of earning it.

8. 8Limits

   Up to 25 rewarded friend orders per person per calendar year (that’s 5 free Fähloos). Rewards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

9. 9Missing a referral?

   Tell us the order number or your friend’s email within 60 days of the order, using “Missing a friend order?” on your QR page, or write to [email protected]. We reply within 7 days.

10. 10Fair play

    No spam, no fake accounts, no posting your code on coupon sites, no paid ads using the Fähloo name, and no medical claims. We may hold or remove rewards gained through fraud or rule breaking, after a review.

11. 11Tell people you’re rewarded

    When you share, mention that you get a thank-you if a friend orders, for example: “I get a little thank-you from Fähloo if you order.” Your friend page says this too.

12. 12Changes

    We’ll email members at least 14 days before we change these terms. Anything you’ve already earned stays earned.

13. 13Returns and shipping for friends

    Friend orders follow our normal store policy: 30-day returns on unused items, damaged or defective items replaced, and free US shipping on orders of $40+.
